The "meaning" of being present:
- All our focus is on the person speaking.
- Our voices are turned off.
- We're listening to each and every word that is being said.
- Our mind is empty.
- There are no judgments, interpretations, and/or meanings being made.
- Concerns, worries, anxiety, fear, and/or stress are not apart of the moment.
- Our "acts" are turned off.
- We're doing what we want to do, what we enjoy doing, and what makes us happy.
- We're living in the "now" rather than in the past or future.
