Challenge #4
I am pretty picky when it comes to food. I normally don't like to try new things because of what I think the taste and texture will be like. So here is my challenge: The food that comes to mind when I talk about taste AND texture is sushi. I am going to try sushi for challenge #4. It could be this weekend or sometime next week, so when I do...I'll let you know what I think!

Don't knock it til ya try it...
In this country, sushi is actually considered a delicacy - albeit an expensive delicacy. My daugter likes it, though I call her a poseur because she likes the rice mostly with the soy sauce and she suffers the seafood that goes with the sushi. Whether you like it or not will not really matter in the general scheme of the universe, but you would have met your challenge. That matters in your world of new possibilities, I believe.
